Olympiastadion is a sports stadium located in Munich, Germany. Situated at the heart of the Olympiapark München in northern Munich, the stadium was built as the main venue for the 1972 Summer Olympics. It was also the home ground of football clubs FC Bayern Munich and TSV 1860 München from 1972 until 2005, when both clubs moved to the Allianz Arena.

The stadium has also hosted important matches such as the 1974 FIFA World Cup final and the UEFA Euro 1988 final. It has also hosted the European Cup finals in 1979, 1993 and 1997.

The stadium has a current capacity of 69,250.
